Booking and Payments:
- Reservation Process: A booking is confirmed once the deposit (typically 30% of the total tour cost) has been received. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
- Late Bookings: For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method as specified by Embrace Africa Tour and Safari.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the departure date will result in a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before departure will result in a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure will not be refunded.
- Cancellation by Company: In rare cases where Embrace Africa Tour and Safari must cancel a tour, clients will receive a full refund or may opt for an alternative tour of equivalent value.
Changes to Itinerary:
- Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, additional charges may apply.
- Company-Initiated Changes: Embrace Africa Tour and Safari reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). Clients will be informed as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be made if necessary.
Travel Insurance:
- All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, loss of luggage, and cancellation. Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour begins.

- Wildlife and Safari: Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by guides at all times during the safari. Embrace Africa Tour and Safari is not liable for any injury or harm caused by wildlife.
